Hello! TTC baby no 1 and usually after sex I go straight to the loo but obviously trying to want it all to stay up in there! Can't find any research on how long to wait after before doing this?! Or is there no answer...

I never waited. Sperm gets to where it needs to go in seconds and urinating after sex helps avoid UTI's.

It doesn't matter because as soon as the sperm goes inside you, it starts swimming. I've also heard that it's good to pee right after sex.

I pee immediately after sex every single time. I have never laid on my back for any period of time after sex. Sperm travels fast and gets where it needs to go quickly. I got pregnant my second month ttc.

There really isn't an answer but I usually try not to pee for like half an hour.
