Not rated an A? This may just be a new york thing but the NYC health department gives restaurants a letter grade based on cleanliness and ive heard a few other factors not sure what they are. There's a Chinese place on my block that makes the best chinese!!! But they recieved a B letter grade which stands out because most restaurants around have an A. It makes you wonder. What would you do?
