Low sperm count?

Can a man in his 30s develop low sperm count? He had 2 children when he was in his 20s. Ttc for a little over a year and I was checked for infertility and was told all my tests and ultra sound came back normal. Looking into fertility specialists for him now. Anyone been thru or known of someone that's been thru or going thru this?
