Hot flashes? 21?

I keep getting hot flashes for the past week. I literally start sweating it's so bad. I take my temp and it reaches 100. Then once it's passed temp is 99. It's so weird. I'm only 21 years old. It couldn't be menopause. Could it? I heard it is possible.

I have been trying to eat 3 meals a day. I get sick if I eat breakfast. Always have. Cut down on caffeine, trying to drink more normal fluids lol. I'm going to have my doctor check my sugar levels when I go for a check up. There is something wrong with them. Though when I mention it to other doctors, they brush it off. I'm still having weight loss. Which they ruled out thyroid already. My engagement ring was just resized smaller and now it's fallen off my finger again. I can't eat sweets. Like skittles I can only eat 5. Then I get sick. I have health issues but my old doctors didn't seem to care. Hopefully these new ones will be able to tell me what's up.

It sounds more like a fever if your temp is that high
