dizziness anyone?

I'm 14 weeks and currently lying on my bedroom floor with dizziness. Also having a to of headaches and I threw up for the first tie this weekend. I thought all of these shenanigans ended after the first trimester. Help!

I've been SUPER dizzy this pregnancy (#2) - the first trimester I assumed it was because of the hyperemesis and being dehydrated but the second trimester dizziness has been worse! I was getting into my car the other day, turned too fast, got dizzy and gave myself a black eye with the corner of the car door. It's bonkers! Hope you feel bettter soon!

I get really dizzy sometimes I get really hot and sweaty and there are times when I faint, Im anemic.

It's normal around this time your body is producing a lot of blood but it's going to the baby so dizziness and lightheaded is common
