To put it bluntly , yes . Teenagers are more fertile than (most adults) . Teenage males have a much higher sperm count than adult males , and teenage sperm swims much faster because they have much more youth and and a lot younger . As for teenage females , females are born with over a million eggs , waiting to be fertilized , and young females have much more reliable eggs and they are stronger than regular adult females , and eggs typically stay near the cervical opening through the Fallopian tubes for up to 24-48 hours (in an adult female) But in most cases eggs can stay near a teenage females cervical opeing for almost up to 78 hours ! So with a combination of extremely reliable , fertile eggs , and fast strong swimmers , it is extremely easy to get pregnant as a young adult , no matter what the circumstance ! Even if a female is on birth control , and he WHERES protection , pregnancy is still a high chance , even when it seems like the chances are so low that you are CONVINCED you won't get pregnant . Take this advice with serious concideration , take this advice from a teen mom like myself , I'm 15 years old and I just found out that I'm 2 weeks pregnant today , We used a condom , and we where protected , but rember IT ONLY TAKES ONE LITTLE TINY SPERM IN THE MILLIONS IN EJACULATION TO GET PREGNANT ! What where the chances that one tiny little sperm sliped  out of a condom and got me pregnan !? Crazy right !? But guess what girls , it happens !!  I have no idea where my life is going to go from this point , but I am going to ask you pretty girls to be careful ! Because anything could happen . Anyone can get pregnant , but as a teenager it is deffinetly more likely , and the chances are higher , yes .
