Does anybody else get bad razor burn down there? What can I do about it?

Here's a guide!
1. Exfoliate gently in the area you want to shave. 
2. If the hairs are long, trim a little before using a razor. 
3. Prep the area with hot/warm water and conditioner (instead of shaving cream. It gets a closer shave and tends to work better; I've heard of special shaving creams for down there though!)
4. Use a sharp razor (a new one or a refined one) and shave with the hair. If it's not a close shave, don't overdo it and shave the same areas over and over. Gradually the shave will get closer with every session.
