Silly question! My mom gives my cat a splash of milk every morning. I heard cats are actually lactose intolerant! Is this true? Is milk bad for his health?

I've never given my cats milk unless its really watered down. It's too rich and gives them the runs

I called my vet she said it's fine as long as your cat doesn't show symptoms of being lactose intolerant and recommended organic milk, which is all we use.
