When will my stupid period stop??! 😡

I got the IUD inserted the beginning of this month (September) and we are heading towards the end of this month and my stupid period hasnt stop!!!! I love the idea that this birthcontrol is good for 5 years, but will my periods continue to be this long!!! Me and my SO are waiting for my period to finish to get it on!!!😫

It can take 3-6 months for everything to settle. Just wait a little longer, and if it hasn't stopped, ask your doctor to be put on a combination pill to control the bleeding for a few months, then you can stop it and it should be fine.
