I am freaking out

I woke up this morning, pooped like I have been for the last couple of mornings. I just wiped and saw this!!! I am so scared.... I had a miscarriage 3 years ago and It started this way. I am not in any pain, I feel great.... this can't be happening again 😭😭😭😭
