First year anniversary!

So October 14th is my husband and my first one year anniversary as a married couple and I just don't know what to do his mom is paying for a hotel for us which is nice but I want to do something special too and Idk how when 1 we don't have a lot of money (we're trying to save for baby) and 2 he always has the car so I never really go anywhere without him! Any ideas or advice would be great!! Thanks!
