In 3 days ive had really severe diarrhea which 2 times, had made me think I was in labor because the cramps would come and go and they were so painful I was in tears- then after a few hours it would turn out to be severe diarrhea..

I take iron supplements, but Ive been taking those since last month so I dont think it could be from that. And nothing from my diet has changed.

Any insight??? Im scared to eat anything if thats what's causing the diarrhea...
