I have been expieriencing sleep paralysis since I was 14 , I'm now 21 and so tired of it. If you don't know what sleep paralysis is is when you wake up and you can't move or talk. It's feels like someone is holding you down and in the room with you. I've had so many different things happen to me. The only way I can get out of it is by trying to move my hand and we'll praying in my head but the thing is when I pray it's like I'm being suffocated to stop. I'm had some pretty freaky "hallucinations" while in this state as well. One time I saw a little girl in an old fashioned night gown standing next to the side of my bed next to the television. It was so real. She had long blonde hair and looked to be about 7 or 8. She waved at me and I freaked out. I've had more experiences but that's the last time I saw anything. I'm not crazy this truly does happen to me. I've looked it up and it's a real thing. I just want to know has anyone else had this happen??
