ttc!! no cum came out! HELP

So last night my man came inside of me and he said it felt like a lot and normally when he goes in me (we are ttc) the cum comes right out when I go to the bathroom but this time I was pushing and nothing came out. I don't think I was ovulating because my discharge to me I didn't think it was stretchy or how others describe their ovulation discharge. So idk what could've happened. I woke up this morning and went to the bathroom and a little tiny bit came out of me when I tried pushing. Could I have possibly just conceived or am I getting my hopes up 🙈🙈
