Only LDR: I met him at what turned out to be his going away party 😳 4 days later he was in Singapore for a year due to work. It was a 12hr difference but we used technology: phone calls, texts, private blog. At one point, his phone bill was over 5K one month 😂 We really got to know each other as persons but the lack of physical contact was horrible at times. He did fly back less than 2 months after we had met just to spend Valentine's Day wknd with me, and to meet my parents, and flew back right away(!). Singapore was followed by him doing 8 months in Dubai for work. Fast forward, we're now married, living together, and expecting our first child. After Dubai, he limited business travel to North America as we wanted to build a life together 💕

Most of the time of our relationship we were apart. He was in the US and I was in my home country. We were like that for 7 years. It was hard but worth it. We have been married for almost 3 years.

We are married and hes in the military so i will always be by his side no matter the distance but because im human my mind starts going crazy and because i miss him like crazy i sometimes need his word that he still like me lol i gey super needy. Some times he doesn't understand that a few words make a bigggggg impact

I believe they can...but takes a lot of commitment and is harder to keep together than if you see eachother or maybe visit each other frequently.
