Acid reflux laryngomalacia

My princess is 4 weeks and recently had to stay over night at the hospital due to irregular noisy breathing cause by her reflux and diagnosed with laryngomalacia Anyone else have a baby with reflux and any pointers for keeping her comfortable. Currently I sit up with her over my shoulder for 30-45 minutes after each meal she never lays flat on her back always proped and I've noticed she sleeps better on he tummy so I let her sleep on my chest when I'm awake she also takes zantac
