Nausea at 9DPO?

Is nausea due to pregnancy possible at 9 DPO? I woke up this morning feeling not horribly sick but just a little queasy and like I could maybe throw up at anytime 😒

That's when I got my BFP this cycle. Hubs and I were going out to dinner and I had this wave of nausea for about an hour. I tested when I got home that night and low and behold I got a faint line! I was 9 DPO, and yes I'm certain. I tracked CM, BBT, and with OPKS. Lol. 
Three days later at 12 DPO I got this!

I'm wondering this too. I've had some waves of nausea but don't know if it's really a sign. I think all the symptoms are caused by your hormones once it's implanted.. so if you have conceived and it's implanted early enough for hormones to start producing by now I would think it really could be a symptom! But who knows. I know I'm wishful thinking also 😩
