I'm supplementing and it looks like a Similac lid? 
The lid was closed on some wet formula.

You're suppose to use it with in a month of opening it. It could have been some formula that got moist and is going bad

There was a video that went viral that similac has maggots! I would switch formulas Hun. Gerber soothe is a good one and we use enfamil! Love it!

Ew. I wouldn't use it... I also heard something about Similac containing something awful for babies, like it was recalled or something awhile ago??? I assume if they're still selling it they changed it so it's safe but I would personally stay away from it.

I'm not using formula now, but used with my two oldest kids and haven't see nothing like that.
