Marginal umbilical cord?

Has anyone heard of or had this before?

Had a follow up ultrasound yesterday, I'm 24 weeks, they determined baby fine other than this.

Apparently common in multiple, this is a single pregnancy which is only 7% chance.

My high risk doctor is going to no it or me every 4 weeks because I also have low papp a levels which can also indicate growth issues. So far baby has been growing right on track though. 
My next appointment will actually be in 6 weeks because that's when I see my ob next. But then it will be roughly every 4 weeks and probably NSTs towards the end.

I was never told that I have a marginal cord insertion, but when I read my report after my 12 week ultrasound it says in in there. I haven't talked to my doctor about it but I have an appointment tomorrow for my anatomy scan and 20 week check. I'm hoping to find out more then.

I have it, well just be monitoring the baby closer once I'm 30 wks. But I go weekly and so far baby is growing great....
