At 32 weeks I had a final growth ultrasound (I have a genetic kidney issue and they wanted to make sure I didn't pass it to her, I didn't!). At 32 weeks she was measured at 3 pounds 12 oz and the ultrasound tech said she was a little small which wasn't a bad thing. I also had a prenatal appointment at 32w3d and my uterus measured 32 weeks. I went for my ob appointment yesterday 34w2d and my uterus measured 36 weeks? How is that possible when two weeks ago she was slightly under weight? I have only gained 1 pound in two weeks and a total of 16 pounds this pregnancy. Is she bigger and just had a growth spurt or could something be making her grow faster? The week picture comparison really shows the belly change.
