Any breastfeeding mommas out there drink shakeology? I've heard mixed reviews on whether or not it's safe...

Answer

It's safe to drink as per the ingredients. It is not safe to drink in order to "replace" a meal in hopes of losing weight. You need to keep you calories up and nutrition up for baby's milk. But if you are just adding shakeo to just drink it also during the day, you're fine.
