I always have. However, I'm on birth control and i still throw up.

I do SOMETIMES throw up due to cramps on my first day of my period but other times I don't have bad pain at all during periods so I haven't seen a need to be concerned.

If you're having such severe pain that you can't move or you're throwing up your whole cycle then I would look into seeing your doctor.

i do, you may want to go to a doctor because they can put you on a birth control that controls your period cramps and makes you not have them all together
