Growth . Advice please

I went to my midwife appointment today 33 weeks. I'm measuring at 31 but my midwife said it wasn't a problem because my baby is growing on the same centile line. I was measuring at 28 instead of 29 last time. I just thought that if you were two cms behind like I am then it would get checked out.what do you think?
