regular exercisers during pregnancy

Is there anyone who is a gym bunny like me?! I've been commited to healthier living for a little over a year and hae been going to the gym 4-5 days a week for about 1-2hrs for cardio, strength training, and stretching. 
I'm just wondering when do you ladies feel like you need to modify or be a little more careful? At this point, 5 weeks, I am just listening to my body, doing my regular thing and taking breaks as I need it. 😄💪🏼💦
