Missed period

I'm on birth control but I'm extremly fertile so the risk of pregnancy is higher i wouldnt mind having a baby so I've been considering going of completely , That being said about 2 weeks ago I had pink spotting it wasn't heavy it was very light and only lasted one day now my period is 4 days late I have experienced cramps but no blood just very watery discharge which is very strange because my peruod is ALWAYS at 28 days and haven't been stressed or anything A few other weird symptoms like the constant taste of metal in my mouth and the fact that I can no longer handle the smell of bacon

My fiance wants a baby but I didn't think I was quite ready but now it doesn't seem like it would be the worst thing in the world actually seems sweet

Does it sound like pregnancy to any of u I don't want to take a test and get his hopes up for nothing
