7+1 today and spotting

I am 7+1 today and just noticed blood when wiping right now, I had an ultrasound today and we saw baby.. What should I do? I have an appointment with my NP tomorrow.. It's not a lot.. I basically need to insert TP vaginally to get anything. My ultrasound was abdominal not transvag. I'm so scared and sad right now.
