I am on cycle day 20 of a 28 day cycle. The yesterday I was nauseated almost all day and dizzy and today my back hurts so bad. My boyfriend and I have never had fully inprotected sex. I'm on the pill and he either wears a condom or pulls out. Could I be pregnant?
