So I found out I was pregnant a week ago. On and off I am having cramps. It has been every day not all day but they are definitely there. Now tonight I am kind of having a sharp pain down low on right side. It is sharp but not a strong as period cramps. I go to my first doctor appointment on the 28th. What's normal for cramps this early? Also what can I expect at the first visit being as I'll be 6 weeks 2 days.. do they do ultrasounds that early? I've had no spotting or bleeding, thank god. But still so worried. :( help, fellow mommies!
