Confuse about pregnancy!!

I removed my IUD from my Doctor and next day stared my ovulation days, we had very good sex because I want to get pregnant, and I did pregnancy test one day before my period day and it got nagative, but things is I didn't get my period yet. My period due was on September 13 but still no chance of period!!! So much confused !!! It's late period because of copper IUD removal or should I do an other pregnancy test?????? Please help!!!!
