Trying not to scream!!!!

I have been testing every other day with these $.88 tests. Af is 7-10 days late. I swore I was going to get af every day for the past week and a half and nothing. I had just one more left so I said screw and I just tried (I've been peeing 3-4 times per hour since 7am) so it's extremely diluted. Has anyone else had faint lines like this with this test and turn out pregnant? It came up within two minutes. I'm trying so hard not to get my hopes up because my dr said they won't test me for atleast another week.​I still have one of my definitely negative tests to compare to, and out of all 6 of them, nothing has ever appeared, not even days later.
