So I've been getting minor UTI's that go away the next morning. Tonight I got a really bad one, and im in a lot of pain. I always take care of myself; wash only with water, wear cotton underwear, wipe front to back, pee before and after sex, and recently ive been getting UTI's despite my efforts. Well, according to google, birth control can cause cronic UTI's due to hormone imbalances, and I realized i have never had one until birth control. Now I don't know what to do because i still need birth control, but i cant live like this.
