Is anyone else measuring further along than they thought they were? Does that mean your baby is just big, or that you are actually further along?!

My baby has been measuring close to a week ahead since her first dating ultrasound at 8 weeks 4 days. She was also measured at 12 weeks 4 days and 20 weeks 4 days and still ahead by 5 days. However, I know the exact day that she was conceived. Based on that, I think it can be either. You may have miscalculated or not known your exact conception date or the baby is just a bit big. I'd rather her be big than small, so I'm okay with it! My due date hasn't changed and she's doing great so I'm not worried about it!

if it's past like 10-12 weeks then baby is just growing faster. they usually don't change the due date after your first visit unless you're off by more than a few weeks. I went in thinking I was 8 weeks but I measured 10 so they moved my due date but at my next scan (20weeks) if he's bigger they won't change it again

Depends on the stage you're in.. If less than double digits in weeks then I'd say you're just off on how far along you are. If you're 20 weeks measuring 21 then it's probably just a big babe or a simple growth spurt. Measurements in gestation later you get are just estimations. You won't really know actual until he/she is born.

My last pregnancy I measure two weeks ahead at every appointment, but I ended up just having a lot of amniotic fluid.

Thank you everyone for your input and advice! 
When I found out I was pregnant, I went in for my first ultrasound. According to my LMP I was 7 weeks along but my son was measuring 6weeks 1day.
Yesterday, I went in for my 20 week ultrasound, and my son was measuring at 21weeks 1day. 
We are keeping my February 7th due date.
I'm hoping he is just a big healthy boy!
