Help!! How to make stretch marks not itch?

I'm 27 weeks along and my stretch marks are itching like crazy! I use coconut oil on them but is there anything I can put on them to make them not itch so much?

Keep them well moisturized and when possible don't have any fabric, especially tight fabric on your belly
