Miscarriage at 5 weeks

Hi ladies,

Just need some opinions and advice on August 23 I was discharged from the hospital because I had a hernia that was causing pain they couldn't do much because I was 5plus weeks pregnant I had been threw appendix surgery and a ruptured cyst all in the same month so when I left the hospital and started spotting and the next day it got heavier I wasn't surprised that I would miscarry.

My symptoms for the short time of my pregnancy was back pain which I had never had with my other 2 kids, cramps, nauseous, head aches, sore boob's. After about a few days the bleeding stopped ( bleeding was not heavy at all ) and all the symptoms went away.

So my thing is Iam very confused to what's happening for about a week or so my boob's have become painful again very tender and bumps around the nipple and bright green veins I keep having cramps along with it with on and off back pain sharp head aches and very tired every day at noon.

My question it's been a month since the miscarriage why Iam I getting all the symptoms again they said my hormones went down when they checked Sept 9 I had began to have sex again Sept 2 what is going on?

Don't know when to expect my normal period again haven't got one
