Why do i have a "period" every month when I don't ovulate???

I am the same, anovulatory regular cycles with PCOS

Same here. Your body still creates the follicles/eggs but ovulating is more of the follicles rupturing and releasing the egg etc.. So we still have to shed out uterine lining every month. Well from what I was told. I don't ovulate either I have LUFS
