What's your best morning sickness deterrent?
For me it's a smoothie with uncooked oats! My ingredients:
Oats
Orange juice concentrate
Flavored sparkling water(lemon-lime)
Banana
Yogurt
Ice
It took some trial and error to get it right. For instance, putting the oats and a little sparkling water then blending the crap out of it to help pulverise the oats. The oats help fill my stomach without upsetting!
