38 weeks 3 days- anybody else freaking the eff out?!

FTM here and I'm absolutely terrified of what's going to happen in the next couple weeks! I probably shouldn't have watched a video on epidurals- it completely messed me up! I've always been afraid of needles but I've been getting better with them and IVs during this pregnancy since I've had to get so many, but watching an epidural had me bawling hysterically for at least an hour last night! I would love to be the kind of woman who can confidently say that I can and will do it without medical pain management but I honestly have no idea what's in store, if it turns out I can handle contractions I'll gladly do it with out but I find that unlikely and what if I need a C-section?!! 😦 how do you ladies do it?! I just feel like labour is going to be impossible for me and I'm so scared!!
