When to start taking "Expectant Parent Tours" of Hospital & classes that help prepare you & your husband for child birth?

How far into the pregnancy should you wait until you finally take a "Expectant Parent Tour" of your hospital, & classes that prepare you & your husband for child birth?

I am taking mine when I am 30weeks. I am high risk so there is a chance that I might be induced early so I would like to get a sense of the place just in case that does occur.

I'm taking a condensed class at 34 weeks that only takes up Friday night and most of the day Saturday. I am hopeful that my baby won't be any earlier than 36w but I did already read the handouts for the class. My husband has a very busy schedule and I knew it would be very hard to get him to go to classes that last several weeks. I know my BIL just went to Daddy Boot Camp when his wife was about 28w. I think generally you take classes between 6-8 months pregnant.

We are taking our class at 36 weeks. We chose the weekend long one. My doc recommended finishing them at 36 (so if you did the few week long one you'd start earlier)

I already did mine. I wanted to have the peace of mind that I was not going to hate the hospital I was delivering at.

I'm due 1/17 and am taking a breastfeeding class 10/19 and birthing classes every Tuesday in November.

I'm due January 10th. I had a breastfeeding class yesterday. My tour for the hospital and a meet and greet with a pediatrician is next month. I would say around 90 days within your due date.
