fibroid tumors

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has ever had a laparoscopic myomectomy to remove a fibroid tumor on their uterus....I'm scheduled to get one tomorrow and this will be my first surgery....I'm nervous and I wanted to know more about it from someone who's had one...I read some articles on the internet and am getting mixed reviews...I'm 26 and I still don't have any children and one of my biggest concerns is will I be able to have them afterwords..some people said it's better to have a abdominal myomectomy instead of a laparoscopic myomectomy if you want children....how is the recovery ? What's the pain like ?
