my ex is so unhappy, I still care about him, he's depressed and suicidal and he's gonna hurt himself, he told me not to worry, he said he was gonna kill himself, I said I was gonna do something about it and he told me that if I ever told anyone that he would do it. I'm blaming myself and I don't know what to do. please someone help me
