Hey ladies! I just wanted to share the progress Ive made with my weight loss! I started eating Whole 30 after leaving a shitty relationship and moving back home, and am feeling real good about myself! I've eaten nothing but meats, eggs, fresh fruit and veggies, and lots of healthy sources of fat (organic ghee, grass fed beef tallow, refined coconut oil). No grains, no sugars or any sweeteners, no wheat, no dairy, no JUNK. SO PROUD OF HOW FAR IVE COME  🍃✨
