I started spotting on the 19th which quickly turned to bleeding. I bled all yesterday and today, with no sign of stopping. On the 19th my back and abdomen hurt so bad I had to take a hot shower to try and help. It didn't help much. Saw the OB  yesterday, the ultrasound showed a sac with no embryo measuring 5w 3d, I'm supposed to be 7w today. They took a blood test for levels but won't know until the retest tomorrow. I don't feel pregnant anymore :/ no sore breasts (my only real symptom).   The OB was very vague, I feel like it's a mc but she didn't want to say it.  Does it sound like that's what it is?
