I don't know if you breastfeed but I do and noticed that my daughter's baby acne cleated up when I cut dairy from my diet.

I've been wiping an unscented baby wipe over the baby acne every day and it helps calm it. It's not so red and angry looking.

My daughter had really bad baby acne. I used some of my cousins breast milk (I couldn't breast feed) and used it in her baths every other day! I swear it cleared up in about a week. But it will go away on its own, my pedi said, by about 2 months.

I got my daughters to clear up by adding coconut oil and breastmilk to her baths and only washing her with baby soap/shampoo once a week. I bath her twice a week. She's 7 weeks now and no more acne :) though it would have gone away on its own regardless. It's just leftover hormones from you being pregnant.

Yes it's totally normal. My son is 3 weeks and his is starting to clear up. It was alllllllll over his face!! Keep babys skin clean by using a warm
Wash cloth multiple times a day.

Yea it's normal. Just keep it clean & it clears up on its own. My son is 5 weeks now & his just cleared up.
