Sick and know why

Hello, I'm eve and I'm sick and I needed to throw up because I have a virus. I have pills for it but they can cause a lot of things. And now I have a fever and feel dissy. But I didn't go to school for two days, I only had to stay two days home from the doctor. So what shoud I do? Call the doctor/ just go to school? Please help!
