30 day No Contact Rule ? Deff need a Mans input as well!

My bf & I just broke up. Alot of it has to do with him getting out of the Navy, & stressing because he has to decide what he wants to do for the rest of his life. I am confident we will work it out before I deploy in 3 months. But think we may need the 30 days.
