I took two red dye tests the day before my period, one First Response and the other was one of the 88 cent ones (the brand name escapes me). Both showed positive, faintly, but clear enough for me and my SO to freak out! The very next day, however, resembled a crime scene that was followed by hours of agonizing cramps and countless super tampons. Is it possible I could have miscarried so early? Did I get a false positive? The lines were faint but DEFINITELY there. Just strange that I then starting bleeding on schedule. The cramps only lasted those few hours but I am still bleeding like a normal period.
