My monthly cycle is a little over a week late. I have been nauseous over the last couple of weeks with no known reason. I'm a medical assistant myself and when I went to work today something just told me grab one of our pregnancy tests and see. The first one was a positive one so of course I grabbed a couple more and througout the day I kept taking them and they all came back positive. I'm excited but so anxious!
