Low AMH, feeling hopeless

Found out today that my AMH is 0.48. My doctor said that it's extremely unlikely for us to get pregnant without assistance. I'm 35.5 years old and my husband is 41.5. We can't afford interventions. Has anyone else with low AMH achieved a natural pregnancy?
