I really like him we both go to the same specialty school and all our other friends go to the neighborhood high school and we spend every second together there like everyone assumes were together and I want us to be and like we joke around and make sexual jokes towards each other 24/7  but I don't know what to do cause he's so hard to read

Even if you were together, to completely ban him from talking to other girls is controlling and can lead to a manipulative relationship and that's unhealthy.
