Nervous for appointment tomorrow!

It's my 29 week appointment tomorrow, and I get to turn in my blood sugar results that I've been doing for the past two weeks. The numbers look good to me, but I'm anxious about what they're going to say. I was to stay 120 or under, and I went over by a couple points a couple times. Fingers crossed everything works out and my midwives are happy! Hope everyone is doing well. 😊 Where are you December?? Can't wait to meet my son. 💙
